Eric Harlan, Microsoft MVP, will present

"SharePoint Premier Field Engineer, Microsoft"

We will be utilizing SharePoint Designer 2010, InfoPath 2010 and Excel Services to show how you can create automated custom solutions that will allow you to harness the power of SharePoint and its related products. Tying in Excel calculations, Workflow, Infopath forms and new 2010 features to make your job easier with less time to develop.

In this session you will walk away with a firm understanding of some of the connect-able 2010 features and how you tie together information inside of SharePoint.

Eric Harlan, SharePoint Premier Field Engineer,

In between searching the planet high and low for the best skiing conditions, deepest powder & crazy "steeps", Eric spends most of his time in the technology field.

Eric Harlan has been in the IT industry for 10 years and heavily involved with SharePoint for the past 6 years. Starting from a developer role, Eric has moved on to a more architectural role with a focus on configuration and server implementation.

Never forgetting his developer roots, he still jumps in when needed to pick up the slack on custom dev needs. In his current role, Eric is the first one on the ground to troubleshoot SharePoint issues as well as kick off proactive engagements.

Eric is involved with many volunteer organizations including the Maryland Elder Technology Outreach, SharePoint Saturday, educational code camps and co-founder of the Baltimore SharePoint User Group.

He also speaks at many SharePoint events on a variety of topics that include SharePoint development, Infopath development tricks & "gotchas", and basic SharePoint sessions for end users.
